How YourKrakow started

YourKrakow was founded in 2016. It all started with local airport transfers, driving travellers between Krakow-Balice airport and their hotels in the city.

Over the years we grew alongside the people who trusted us. Today we run private sightseeing tours through the most popular districts of Krakow, such as Kazimierz and the Old Town, along with day trips and comfortable transfers.

What has not changed is the way we work: small groups, licensed local guides and genuine care for every guest. We are based in Krakow and we show the city the way we know it ourselves.

What our guests say

Real reviews from our guests on Google

Memory Trail

A great experience and an amazing guide. We toured the ghetto, the Jewish quarter and Schindler's factory. The explanations were professional, and he also took us to places that ordinary tourists never reach.

Kazimierz

An amazing tour! They recommended the best route around Kazimierz and we were not disappointed. The guides speak fluent English and share details of Krakow's history that a tourist would never notice alone. We recommend them!

We had a golf cart tour with our guide Pablo. He told us a great deal and showed us everything. It was really TOP!

I really enjoyed the tour of Krakow. Everything happened completely spontaneously: Paweł picked me up right from the airport and it turned out to be a great idea. He was very attentive, explained everything clearly and in an interesting way, and showed me many beautiful places. Thanks to this trip I discovered Krakow from a completely different perspective. I highly recommend Paweł!

We were looking for something to do during a company team trip for more than a dozen people and found YourKrakow. Honestly, with that many participants I expected a bit of chaos, but the organisation was genuinely smooth. We had several carts, split into groups and explored Kraków along different routes. At the end we all met up at Wawel. A great way to see the city, especially with a bigger group. Many of us called it the best part of the whole trip.

Great experience! We got to see a large number of buildings and learn a lot about the history of this beautiful city. I recommend it.

Great experience overall. The tour was a really convenient way to see a lot of Krakow in a short amount of time without having to walk everywhere. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared interesting facts about the city along the way. The vehicle was comfortable, and the whole experience felt relaxed and well organized. I got to see places I probably would have missed on my own. Definitely worth it if you're visiting Krakow and want a good introduction to the city.

Kazimierz

I recommend this tour with all my heart! Seeing the Jewish quarter was fascinating and helped us understand the history and the special character of the place. The route was well planned and the whole ride had a lovely atmosphere. Our driver deserves a special mention: very professional, kind, polite and helpful. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the tour even more interesting. Warmly recommended, it really is worth it!

We highly recommend this electric golf cart tour of Kraków! We booked it for a hen party and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The ride was enjoyable from start to finish and let us see some of the most beautiful landmarks in the city and learn plenty about Kraków. Everything was well organised and our driver was friendly, professional and very accommodating to our cheerful group. A great way to add something special to the evening while seeing the city in comfort.

Pawol is absolutely fantastic. Could not have booked a better tour guide. Super friendly, english brilliant. Could not recommend enough. We did 2 zones on a city tour, the Salt Mines and Pawol was our personal guide for the Memorial and Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special.

Kazimierz

This was a perfect idea for an afternoon! Our guide Paweł knew a huge amount about the history and the landmarks of the Jewish quarter, and on top of that he is a friendly person who happily answers every question. We had a really lovely time. Highly recommended.

Paulina Łaciak Google review Translated from Polish

The tour was very interesting. Our guide was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and happy for us to ask questions and find out more about Krakow. And happy for us to stop and see sites along the way. Well worth the money!

Kazimierz

I recommend them with a clear conscience. The guides in Kazimierz took great care of us and showed us really nice places. We happened to get Mr Wiesio as our guide. A great guy. He showed us some fascinating, historic spots on the map of the Jewish quarter. We will definitely come back to them the next time we are in Kraków. We went as a whole family.

Paweł Kucharski Google review Translated from Polish

We had a fantastic experience with YourKrakow. Our guide, Paweł, was exceptional! Very professional, perfectly on schedule and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the tour. Paweł has a genuinely warm personality: patient, welcoming and always smiling. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great guide!

Amazing tour with Pawel! He showed us very special places and took time to show us and let us understand about Krakow and its history. 100% recommend!

Highly recommended, and Paweł in particular: a man with a passion for history and remarkably knowledgeable. We will certainly book again as soon as we are back in Kraków!

Karol Maćkowski Google review Translated from Polish

Frequently asked questions

What does YourKrakow actually offer?
Three things: full-day trips out of Krakow, short electric cart routes around the city, and private transfers. Alongside them we publish free guides to the places we take people to, so you can read up before you decide.
Are the tours private?
Yes. Every tour and transfer is for your group only. Nobody else joins, the pace is yours, and the guide adapts the depth of the story to who is sitting in the car.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes, pickup and drop-off are included at no extra cost. We collect you from your hotel, apartment or a private address in Krakow.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No. There is no deposit and no card details up front. You pay on the day, directly to the driver or guide.
How long has YourKrakow been running?
Since 2016. We are a Krakow-based operator working with licensed local guides, not an agency reselling somebody else's tours.
Where do the electric cart tours go?
Four fixed routes: the Old Town, the Kazimierz Jewish quarter, the wartime Ghetto in Podgórze, and the Memory Trail, which joins the Catholic half of Kazimierz to the Ghetto in one ride. They run from 30 to 60 minutes.
Do you run tours all year round?
Yes, seven days a week, all year, from early morning until late evening. The carts are covered, so the short city routes run in any weather.
Can you help with museum tickets?
Yes. Where a site needs a timed ticket, such as Wawel or a museum interior, we plan the route around your booking and can help you arrange the tickets in advance.
