A Krakow to Warsaw Airport transfer is a practical option when you need direct transport between Krakow and either Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) or Warsaw Modlin Airport (WMI). The route is around 290 km and usually takes about 4 hours. Instead of combining trains, buses and airport connections, you travel in one vehicle from pickup to destination. YourKrakow provides a private door-to-door transfer with a fixed vehicle price agreed before booking. Reservations can be made through WhatsApp or the online form without a deposit, and payment is made directly to the driver.
The ride costs 1400 PLN in a car for up to three people and 1650 PLN in a van for four to eight. It is a fixed price for the vehicle, agreed before you book, from the airport to your address in Krakow. We pick up at Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) and at Warsaw Modlin (WMI), and we drive the opposite way too, from Krakow to your flight in Warsaw.
Payment goes to the driver at the end, in cash (PLN or EUR) or by card. There is no deposit and no surcharge for a late plane.
About 4 h for the roughly 290 km, depending on traffic. You sit in the same car from the arrivals hall to your hotel door, with no change of train.
The passenger terminal at Chopin Airport is called Terminal A, and arrivals are on level 0. The driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign and follows your flight, so a delay simply means the pickup moves.
There is no direct train. From the underground station next to the terminal you take an SKM or Koleje Mazowieckie train to Warszawa Centralna (21 to 23 minutes) and change to an intercity train. In the timetable for a sample day, 1 December 2026, the fastest EIP trains from Warszawa Centralna to Kraków Główny take 2 h 24 min to 2 h 39 min, and the quickest airport-to-Kraków connection, with one change, takes 2 h 38 min.
The train is quicker. The transfer suits you when you would rather not change trains after a long flight, when you travel with children, when you land late in the evening, or when four to eight people can share one van.

We were looking for something to do during a company team trip for more than a dozen people and found YourKrakow. Honestly, with that many participants I expected a bit of chaos, but the organisation was genuinely smooth. We had several carts, split into groups and explored Kraków along different routes. At the end we all met up at Wawel. A great way to see the city, especially with a bigger group. Many of us called it the best part of the whole trip.

We highly recommend this electric golf cart tour of Kraków! We booked it for a hen party and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The ride was enjoyable from start to finish and let us see some of the most beautiful landmarks in the city and learn plenty about Kraków.
