A Krakow to Katowice Airport transfer is one of the most convenient ways to reach KTW. Katowice Airport in Pyrzowice serves Krakow and the wider region and is located around 90 km north-west of the city, with the journey usually taking about 1.5 hours. While public transport is available, it often involves connections and additional travel time. YourKrakow provides a private door-to-door transfer with a fixed vehicle price agreed before booking. Pickup is available from hotels, apartments and private addresses, while airport pickups include flight monitoring and a meet and greet service in the arrivals hall.
From Katowice Airport to Krakow you pay 600 PLN for a car (1 to 3 people) or 750 PLN for a van (4 to 8 people). The price covers the whole vehicle from the terminal to your address in Krakow, it is agreed before you book and it does not go up if your flight is late. The same applies the other way, from Krakow to the airport.
You settle with the driver at the end, in cash (PLN or EUR) or by card; no deposit is taken.
About 1.5 h by car, door to door, from Katowice-Pyrzowice (KTW) to your hotel or apartment in Krakow. Nobody has to change trains or find the right bus stop after a flight.
In the arrivals hall, with a sign showing your name. At Katowice-Pyrzowice arriving passengers come out in Terminal C, or in Terminal D on flights from Schengen countries. We follow your flight number, so the driver is there when you actually land, early or late.
Not a direct one. The airport has its own station, Pyrzowice Lotnisko, about 500 m from the terminals, but every rail connection to Kraków Główny needs one or two changes. In the timetable for a sample day, 1 December 2026, the journey takes from 1 h 26 min to 3 h 22 min.
The Matuszek airport bus runs via Katowice to the MDA bus station next to Kraków Główny in about two hours. Its departures are timed to particular flights, which leaves long gaps: the timetable for 1 December 2026 has no bus between 04:15 and 12:35. A transfer starts when you come through arrivals and ends at your hotel door, whatever time you land, and a family or a group of up to 8 shares one vehicle.

We were looking for something to do during a company team trip for more than a dozen people and found YourKrakow. Honestly, with that many participants I expected a bit of chaos, but the organisation was genuinely smooth. We had several carts, split into groups and explored Kraków along different routes. At the end we all met up at Wawel. A great way to see the city, especially with a bigger group. Many of us called it the best part of the whole trip.

We highly recommend this electric golf cart tour of Kraków! We booked it for a hen party and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The ride was enjoyable from start to finish and let us see some of the most beautiful landmarks in the city and learn plenty about Kraków.
