Krakow Balice Airport, officially John Paul II International Airport (Krakow-Balice, code KRK), sits around 11 km west of the Old Town. 200 PLN for a car with up to 3 passengers, 250 PLN for a van with 4 to 8. That is the price of the whole vehicle, agreed before you book, and it stays the same at night, in heavy traffic and when your plane is late.
Nothing is added at the end: no charge for waiting, for a delayed flight or for an early landing. You pay the driver when you arrive, in cash (PLN or EUR) or by card, and no deposit is needed to book.
Usually 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Kraków Airport (Balice, code KRK) lies about 11 km west of the centre, and the driver takes you to the door of your hotel or apartment in the Old Town, Kazimierz or elsewhere in central Krakow.
In the arrivals hall, on level 0 of the passenger terminal, with a sign showing your name. On a flight from a Schengen country you go straight into the baggage reclaim area; from outside the Schengen area you go through passport control first. Skis and pushchairs come out at the oversized baggage desk near the lost luggage offices.

We were looking for something to do during a company team trip for more than a dozen people and found YourKrakow. Honestly, with that many participants I expected a bit of chaos, but the organisation was genuinely smooth. We had several carts, split into groups and explored Kraków along different routes. At the end we all met up at Wawel. A great way to see the city, especially with a bigger group. Many of us called it the best part of the whole trip.

We highly recommend this electric golf cart tour of Kraków! We booked it for a hen party and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The ride was enjoyable from start to finish and let us see some of the most beautiful landmarks in the city and learn plenty about Kraków.
