A fixed price for the vehicle
The price on this page is the price you pay, whether you travel alone or with two friends. It does not change with traffic, the time of day or a late landing.
The driver waits for you
We follow your flight. If it lands late, the driver waits at no extra cost; there is no waiting fee.
Meeting at arrivals
At the airport the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name and helps with your bags.
Door to door
Pickup from your hotel, apartment or the airport and drop-off at the address you give us, at any time of day or night.
Child seats on request
Tell us the age of your children when you book and we will prepare the right seats.
Pay after the ride
No deposit and no prepayment: you pay the driver after the ride, in cash (PLN or EUR) or by card.

Transfers for groups
A van takes up to 8 people. For 9-16 people, or for an address that is not on the list, send the details on WhatsApp or by e-mail and we will send you a quote.
Our day trips to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Wieliczka Salt Mine already include private transport from your Krakow hotel and back, together with the entry tickets and the guide, so you do not need a separate transfer.
A private transfer costs one fixed price for the whole car and the driver meets you in the arrivals hall, which suits families, groups and late arrivals. A taxi from the rank or a train to the main station costs less for one or two people travelling light. It depends on the route. From Krakow Airport to the city it is 200 PLN for a car (1-3 people) and 250 PLN for a van (4-8 people). Katowice Airport costs 600 PLN, Zakopane 700 PLN and Energylandia 450 PLN per car. All prices are for the whole vehicle, one way.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. One to three people pay the car price and four to eight people pay the van price, so the more of you travel, the less each person pays.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight, so the driver knows about the delay and waits for you at no extra cost. You do not pay for waiting.
Do you drive at night and for early flights?
Yes. The driver comes at the time you need, also at 4 am for an early flight, and the price is the same at any hour. We answer WhatsApp messages at any time of day or night.
Can you pick us up from Katowice or Warsaw airport?
Yes. We drive from Katowice Airport (Pyrzowice) and from Warsaw Chopin and Modlin airports to your address in Krakow, and from Krakow to these airports. The price is fixed for the whole vehicle.
Do you have child seats?
Yes. Tell us the age of your children when you book and we will prepare the right child seats.
How do I pay for the transfer?
You pay the driver after the ride, in cash (PLN or EUR) or by card. There is no deposit and no prepayment.
Can I cancel a transfer?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time.
